简单接入不等于放松约束

权限来自 Registration receipt

  • • 每个实际 principal 只得到所需 scope
  • • memory:admin 不能跨域管理 Registration 或 Graph

兼容而不静默升级

  • • 新 V2 路径不会生成 legacy Memory-shaped credential handoff
